Our dedicated team aims to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery duration varies according to your location. Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Customers has full responsibility to keep track of their orders at all times with the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses In the event that a product is lost in transit back to us, we will help as much as we reasonably and necessary can to trace the package. To arrange redelivery you will have to cover for all return and postage fees. If requesting refund for a return due to invalid address, failed attempted deliveries or uncollected orders then the charge will be deducted from the refund.
